A team that keeps learning. Techniques move fast. A stylist who did one course years ago and stopped isn't the same as one still investing in their craft. Look for salons where ongoing education is visible, mentioned on their site, shown in their socials, not just claimed.
Advice, not just a service menu. A good salon should be able to handle "I genuinely don't know what I want" as well as "I want exactly this." That means taking the time to talk through your hair, your lifestyle, and what you can realistically maintain, rather than pushing you toward whatever's quickest to book.
An experience that doesn't feel rushed. You should leave feeling like you've had a proper break, not like you were moved along a conveyor belt. That takes time built around you, not the clock.
A team you'd actually want to sit with. Skill matters, but so does atmosphere. Genuine, warm, drama-free energy makes a real difference to two hours in a chair.

Sustainability that goes back to day one. We've been a sustainable salon since we opened in 2014, long before it was standard in the industry. Through our partnership with Full Circle Salon Recycling, almost nothing from your appointment goes to landfill: foils, colour tubes, packaging, even hair itself are sorted and recycled, collected on the same run that delivers our product orders.
