Introducing our new gifting packages, combining salon and holistic therapies for the ultimate treat the perfect feel-good gift for every occasion.
All packages must be purchased via a gift voucher, which can be bought using the “Book Now” button on our homepage. Please purchase a voucher for the value of the package you wish to book.
When booking your package through our online booking portal, scroll to “Gift Packages.” From here, you can select your main treatment along with 1, 2, or 4 add-ons, depending on the package you have chosen.
At the time of booking, please include your voucher code in the notes section. This allows us to verify your purchase within our system. Please note, your booking will not be confirmed without a valid voucher code.
If you would like a physical gift card sent to you or directly to the recipient, please contact us via email and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
When getting in touch, please include your full name and postal address so we can process this for you. Kindly ensure the voucher has been purchased online or in-store before contacting us.
Package Information & Booking Terms
All packages include a choice of luxury blow-dry or signature haircut. Please state your preference at the time of booking.
Where a package includes a choice of treatment or add-on, selections must be confirmed when booking so we can allocate the appropriate therapist and appointment time.
If you wish to change your stylist, prices may vary. Please contact the salon prior to your appointment to confirm the stylist and any updated pricing.
Gift Voucher & Booking Process
All packages are sold as gift vouchers. Full payment is taken at the time of purchase.
Once your voucher has been purchased, you can head to our online booking and book your treatments under gifting packages.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-exchangeable for cash.
Packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the appointment.
Cancellations & Amendments
We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
As full payment is taken at the time of purchase, cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the booking and voucher.
In the event of a genuine same-day emergency, we understand that circumstances can arise. In such cases, instead of a standard rebooking, a cancellation slot will be offered. Please contact the salon as soon as possible so we can arrange this for you.
